Return & Refund Policy (UAE)
At Carintex, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a simple 30-day return policy.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The product is in original packaging with all accessories
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Items without original packaging
- Personal care items (if opened)
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos as proof
We will offer a free replacement or full refund.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email
- Share your order number and reason for return
- Our team will guide you through the return process
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we cover the shipping cost
- For other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges
6. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed
- Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible (you may still return after delivery)
